Our Accounts Receivable Specialists utilize a state-of-the-art, customized Accounts Receivable Management System that will help our clients optimize returns.
Collection initiatives are structured and scripted to promote the illusion that the collection is being effected by our clients’ credit department, not an independent third party. At all times, we maintain a high level of service, professionalism and responsiveness, consistent with our clients’ corporate image.
Collections are monitored on a daily basis through computer generated performance reports. CGC management reviews account activity (tone/tempo of collection call, result, follow-up, status, etc.) and detailed account records.
Some clients prefer to pursue past due accounts as early as five (5) days overdue. In this “Pre Collect” or “Early-Out” situation, CGC is charged with not only working diligently to receive payment, but also to act on behalf of the client. This is a role we are well prepared to handle because we are recognized as a Pre Collect Specialist.
