Pursuing debt recovery through
the legal system

Retaining the expert counselors in CGC's legal department is the best way to expedite the litigation process and get fast results, achieved because we maintain consistent pressure on the defendents.

Two options are available:

Option 1 - Proceed with litigation utilizing CGC's legal department.

Option 2 - Proceed with litigation or collection through alternative means.

Under Option 1, CGC will monitor the entire legal process and provide progress reports indicating the current disposition of the action. At the same time, CGC will continue collection efforts with the debtor corporation and liaise (if applicable) on a regular basis with the law firm(s) involved.

All legal fees will be the responsibility of the client, but CGC's commission will be due and payable only upon resolution of the file. Note: CGC will not initiate any legal action without prior authorization from the client.

Under Option 2, CGC will close the account without penalty or commission due, provided the account is not in the final stages of settlement.
