Vince Iandoli - President

Vince Iandoli is one of the original founding directors of the Collection Group of Canada Inc. and Corporate Receivable Solutions Inc. As Senior Manager, Receivable Management Division at Dun & Bradstreet Canada, he played a critical role in developing their platform for Accounts Receivable management. His open door policy and wealth of experience – over 30 years – in the industry make Vince a valuable resource to both CGC staff and customers.

Barton Miller - Executive Vice President

Barton Miller is one of the original founding directors of the Collection Group of Canada Inc. As a Senior Manager with Dun & Bradstreet Canada, Barton was responsible for the operations of the Receivable Management Division. He played an integral role in the development and implementation of Dun & Bradstreet’s automated Accounts Receivable management system. With 28 years of Accounts Receivable and IT experience, Barton has been instrumental in the development of CGC’s state of the art, proprietary software collection system. As Executive Vice President, Barton is an active principal of CGC and oversees the company’s entire operations.

Domenic DeCicco - Vice President

Domenic DeCicco joined CGC in 1997 after holding senior positions with Dun & Bradstreet Canada, Equifax Canada and Creditel of Canada Limited. Domenic brings to his work extensive knowledge of sales, operations and management, plus 27 years of related industry experience. As Vice President, Domenic is an active partner of CGC with responsibility for Sales and Marketing, Client Services and Administration.

David Bevan – Controller

David Bevan joined CGC in 1993 with an extensive history of senior level accounting experience. He oversees CGC’s Agency Trust Accounts, which involves close liaising with several thousand clients and major financial institutions. David has been a fundamental part of CGC’s dynamic growth in its first 20 years, working with the Accounting department to coordinate financial activity between all relevant parties.

Frank Ramlal - Collection Manager

Frank Ramlal has 16 years experience in the management of Accounts Receivable and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the industry. He has managed various types of portfolios in the retail, outsourcing and commercial sectors of the collection industry. Frank has always brought innovation to his work, particularly in terms of work management and the use of new technologies, and his strong leadership skills.

Lucy Frattarelli - Client Services and Administration Manager

Lucy Frattarelli brings to her position eighteen years of collection agency experience in both commercial and retail environments. She ensures the Client Services department continues to provide exceptional service and valuable support to the sales and collection departments.
